6MIK dominate the Winter Race

1st – 3rd position for 6MIK T-Rex green

On Saturday, january 7th the annual Winter Race were held at Spessart Race Park Waldaschaff. In this year it was a real Winter Race with snow, ice and tempratures to -9 degrees. Team JUST-RC.DE / 6MIK Germany was represented by Christian Ackva, Andreas Heublein and the family teamWende. Already during qualification Marcus and VanessaWende performed great and ended on first and second position. Both qualified directly for the semi finals. Marcus and Vanessa each won their semi final and Andreas and Christian also bumped up two times into the final. Marcus ended his semi final 1 second faster then Vanessa what secured him the pole position in the finals, right behind him on position 2 hisdaughter Vanessa. After the 30 minute final Vanessa was able to win the race, Marcus on position 2 and the triple podium finish was completed with Andreas Heublein on 3rd position, unfortunatly Christian had electronical problems and had to quit after 15 minutes. The T-REX in the new compound green performed great and was unbeatable on the cold, icy, snowy and wetAstroturf.
